Recreational sessions
At Inspire Trampoline Academy our trampolininsts work through the British Gymnasts Trampoline proficiency award scheme which develops fundamental actions, shapes and landings required for a lifetime of enjoyment and technical progress within the sport of trampoline gymnastics.
The award scheme is built around 15 award levels, each offering a variety of skill development. Awards 1 – 5 are designed to provide an all-round grounding for trampoline as well as being a suitable training programme for people with a disability. Awards 6-10 are suitable for gymnasts to develop the actions from 1-5 through a set of challenging yet exciting skill sets and Awards 11-15 are suitable for competitive gymnasts.
Competitive sessions
Inspire trampoline is a competitive club as well as recreational. Our squad sessions run alongside our recreational classes to create a family friendly atmosphere. We compete in the London Regional Competitions, London Championships, National Development Pathway (NDP), National Competitions, Waltham Forest Schools competitions and London Youth Games as the coaches are the managers for the London borough of Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Hackney.
Children can start to compete from the age of 6 and there is no upper age limit for you to compete.
Gymnasts can try out for a squad or may receive a squad invite.
